Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our product, refunds cannot be issued. What is the nature of our product? Skincare. Skincare cannot be resold after being opened or used by the buyer.

Shipping

Orders placed during weekday business hours will be shipped the next day. Orders placed outside of weekday business hours will be shipped the within 2 days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.

Business hours:

  • Tuesday: 10 am - 4 pm 
  • Wednesday: 11 am - 5 pm
  • Thursday: 12 pm - 6 pm 
  • Friday: 1 - 7 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am - 3 pm
  • Sunday & Monday: CLOSED

Damages/Issues

Once your order has been received, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items once they leave our store or have been shipped.
