Booking Policies

APPOINTMENT/WALK-IN POLICY: Appointments are preferred. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Call/Text 904-419-7202 to check availability before you arrive.
FACE MASK POLICY: Face masks are optional during service.
RESERVATION FEE/PREPAYMENT POLICY: Prepayment is required for all services. A reservation fee of 50% of the service price is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due on the day of service. Any add-ons require full payment at the time of booking.
PAYMENT POLICY: Services are to be paid in Cash or Cash App or Credit/Debit card payments at the time of service. We do not accept Zelle as form of payment for services! Credit/Debit card payments will have an additional service fee added when paying the remaining balance.
We DO accept FSA/HSA as a form of payment! Please check with your insurance provider to see what services qualify.
LATE POLICY: There is a 5-minute grace period after 10 minutes there will be a $25 late fee applied to the appointment total. If arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled and/or rescheduled. This policy is in place in order for us to service other clients who have booked appointments.
REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds, no exceptions!! Store credit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once prepayment is paid it is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you must cancel your appointment, please notify the esthetician at least 12 hours prior to your appointment and you will have 7 days to reschedule without having to prepay for your next service. You will have to prepay for your next appointment. We understand emergencies happen, we just ask that it be communicated. If our service professional has to cancel, we will refund your prepayment within 72 hours.
RESCHEDULING POLICY: If your appointment was cancelled before 12 hours, it HAS to be rescheduled within 7 DAYS without having to prepay for your next service. To reschedule, please call/text 904-419-7202 or email us at info@bemagnificentbeauty.com.
NO CALL, NO SHOW POLICY: No call, no shows will be banned from booking future appointments, the deposit will be non-refundable and you will be charged the full remaining balance of the service to the card on file.
TRAVEL POLICY: Yazzmine does not travel for individual makeup appointments unless booked for a wedding. For bridal/wedding makeup inquires, please see the section labeled as "Bridal/Wedding Party"
GUEST POLICY: Due to limited seating and space, please refrain from bringing any extra people unless services are being rendered. If you bring guests and they are not being serviced, they will be asked to leave. We will not be responsible for any injuries caused by the guest not being serviced as the serviced client takes full financial responsibility and any damages caused to the salon made by the party and/or their extra guest.
OFF DAY APPOINTMENTS: All Off Day appointments are an additional $40 since these are Yazzmine's only off days to wine down, but she's willing to accept appointments if she's available. Please email info@bemagnficentbeauty.com or call/text Yazzmine at 904-419-7202 to check her availability.
EARLY/AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS: To request an early/after hour appointment, please email info@bemagnificentbeauty.com or text 904-419-7202 with your ideal appointment date and time.
PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: Photos will be taken and posted at our discretion unless you express otherwise.
BRIDAL/WEDDING PARTY: Please complete the "Bridal Services Inquiry Form" to inquire about availability and pricing.
MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS POLICY: Please come to your appointment with a clean face, free of makeup.
