APPOINTMENT/WALK-IN POLICY: We are currently accepting walk-ins on MONDAYS ONLY. Call/Text 904-419-7202 to check availability. CASH ONLY!!
FACE MASK POLICY: Face masks are optional if you've vaccinated. If you are unvaccinated, we encourage you to wear a mask.
DEPOSIT/PREPAYMENT POLICY: A 50% deposit is required for all services and the remaining balance will be due at the time of service.
PAYMENT POLICY: Services are to be paid by Cash or Credit/Debit card payments at the time of service. We do not accept Cash app or Zelle as form of payment for services! Credit/Debit card payments will have an additional service fee added when paying the remaining balance.
LATE POLICY: There is a 5-minute grace period after 10 minutes there will be a $25 late fee applied to the appointment total. If arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled and/or rescheduled. This policy is in place in order for us to service other clients who have booked appointments.
REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds, no exceptions!!
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once your deposit is paid it is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you must cancel your appointment, please notify the esthetician at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and you will have 7 days to reschedule without having to prepay for your next service. You will have to pay a deposit for your next appointment. We understand emergencies happen, we just ask that it be communicated. If our professional has to cancel, we will refund your prepayment within 72 hours.
RESCHEDULING POLICY: If your appointment was cancelled before 24 hours, it HAS to be rescheduled within 7 DAYS without having to prepay for your next service. To reschedule, please call/text 904-419-7202 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
NO CALL, NO SHOW POLICY: No call, no shows will be banned from booking future appointments, the deposit will be non-refundable and you will be charged the full remaining balance of the service to the card on file.
TRAVEL POLICY: Yazzmine does travel for individual makeup appointments. If you need travel for a photoshoot, bridal party/etc., please email Yazzmine at email@example.com for a quote.
GUEST POLICY: Due to limited seating and space, please refrain from bringing any extra people unless services are being rendered. If you bring guests and they are not being serviced, they will be asked to leave.
OFF DAY APPOINTMENTS: All Off Day appointments are an additional $40 since these are Yazzmine's only off days to wine down, but she's willing to accept appointments if she's available. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text Yazzmine at 904-419-7202 to check her availability.
EARLY/AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS: All before & after appointments are an additional $40. Before-hours are 7 am, 8 am, 9am only, After-hours are 7 pm & 8 pm only. Please contact Yazzmine via text/email for availability & to schedule .
PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: Photos taken will be posted at our discretion unless you express otherwise.
BRIDAL/WEDDING PARTY: Please complete the "Bridal Services Inquiry Form" to inquire about availability and pricing.
MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS POLICY: Please come to your appointment with a clean face, free of makeup.
